                    Subject: Regarding Persons leaving Bhutan        

This  is with reference to your letter No. CDA/CENSUS [..-6/91-92/1421] dated [..27/12/91] which has been received by this court. In this regard, the head of the family [..Ran Bahadur Kharga] having Citizenship Card Number [..0134406] from [..Lamidara] village, [..Lamidara] Block was called to this court. On being questioned he stated that he has [..nine] persons under his census desiring to leave Bhutan. According to his desire, the court has permitted him to leave the country along with the [..nine] family members under his census. As per Agreement N0. [..91/27] dated [..31/12/91] submitted by them, these people may now leave the country. Since these persons were registered in the Dzongkhag the dzongkhag records., Thram Number, House Number, Census Records etc. may be accordingly amended on the basis of the above mentioned Agreement.
